What Hypocrisy Looks Like

Afghanistan, Iraq, Yemen, Somalia, Pakistan, Libya. These are just a few examples which spell the duplicity of the West - namely the United States ruling class. Over the past dozen or so years, the US has slaughtered and tortured literally millions of people where and whenever it pleases. And now that Russia asserts itself where its interests are concerned, the empire's mouthpieces scream bloody murder.
To be clear, Russia's recent activity in Ukraine has not occurred in a vacuum. It was only after - months of Western meddling, billions of American dollars spent, and scores of dead Ukrainians - did the Russian Federation make a move in Crimea.
What I find most interesting though is the audacity with which the Russians have behaved. It takes some serious gall to look history's most powerful military alliance (NATO) in the face and say, "Do somethin'." That leads me to believe that Russia has significant support from other major world powers - specifically other members of the emerging economic coalition known as BRICS.
Given Europe's current dependency on Russian energy supplies and financial capital, this week's sabre-rattling on the part of the West largely amounts to hollow rhetoric. However, as the chess board is set for World War III, let us take note of the usual, glaring hypocrisy on display by Western propagandists. Terms that speaking nicely of US crimes in Afghanistan and Iraq - such as 'intervention' and 'occupation' are being thrown around in regards to Moscow's activity in Crimea. While in reality, as of this publication, Russia has not dropped a single bomb, nor fired a single bullet.
